Purpose of the service
Arkikahvila is a free and anonymous information service that guides users to public benefits, food aid and financial counselling. The service does not make official decisions and does not replace professional advice.
Content ground rules
On the forum you may chat, ask and share tips. The following content is prohibited:
- Sales listings, purchase requests or loan offers
- Harassment, threats or disparagement of other users
- Publishing personal data without consent
- Unlawful content
- Marketing or advertising without permission
- False or misleading information that may harm other users
Moderators have the right to remove content that breaches the rules and to block users who break the rules.
Limitation of liability
Arkikahvila's content is guidance, not an official decision. The exact terms, amounts and application instructions for benefits can change — always check the current information with Kela, your municipality or another authority before making decisions.
The service is not responsible for content written by forum users. Users are themselves responsible for the messages they write.
Intellectual property rights
Arkikahvila's text content, structure and layout are protected by copyright. Forum users retain the rights to the content they write, but grant the service the right to publish and store the content in the service.
Changes to the terms of use
The terms of use may be updated as the service develops. The latest version is always on this page. Using the service after changes means accepting the new terms. Checked in June 2026.
